Rounds 19 - 24 of prospect draft.
I have some more specs who I believe will end up being called up this year, so I needed to shed a tad bit more salary, especially since I believe they will out perform Kike. I also believe that there may be better talent in this draft, albeit at the end, than at the end of next years class, but it gives me a couple more swings at specs
