Pretty sure the requirement of having signed a contract is about rookies, FYPD & rookie waivers….or that’s how most leagues operate.
Assume that’s the case here as well, given Rob has processed a half dozen of them already.
If that is the rule Rob, I believe all of Michael Taylor, Thor, Vince Velasquez, need to be dropped from my roster, (I also traded for a player without a contract - Mondesi, if that matters, but I’d again assume it doesn’t) and the Rex/Robbie Grossman signing would have resolved itself. 😂

League Rules - "TCD will use a bidding system to obtain free agents. You can bid as many times as you would like and on as many players as you would like as long you have the appropriate cap space and roster spot for players you are bidding on. When bidding you can only bid the exact dollar amount that you have left in cap space. You are not allowed to over spend and then "figure it out" after. Players must be signed to an MLB team in order to be nominated in UFA."

Beauty, thanks for digging it out….
Rob, if you can remove from my roster -
Vince Velasquez Noah Syndergaard Michael Thomas
…that’d be peachy. 🍑

I'll leave it to Rob, we may relax on that rule for this offseason.

Rules say that players must have a contract with an MLB team. Invalid post.
