Jesus. Looks like I got drunk last night and decided to trade Thomas and all my picks. Interesting. I can see why I would have made this trade though. I like it for me. Cashing in on a career year for Lane that I don’t think he’ll repeat by adding a few cool pieces. Obvs Nelson Velazquez is extremely fun and the Royals might have pulled off the next Joey Bats type move to get him, chics dig the long ball. I like the two young 2B’s I’m getting here and I needed some rp’s after losing mine in the expansion draft. So I’ll congratulate drunk me for getting these guys albeit in a gloriously hilarious way.

The trade needs cleaning up.
- TOR owns the 2024 6th round pick from KC (not the 2025 6th round pick from KC)
- Pierce Johnson is a UFA this year and has no value to TOR unless he's extended by CLE pre-trade
