Rationale:
This team is in a rebuild, and I don't see the window for this team being open for at least another 2 or 3 years, at which point Trea's contract will have either expired or be on its last year. This prospect package further strengthens the farm system with 3 top prospects (Luciano, Alvarez, and Jung) who should all be up soon while adding two rising prospects in Winn and Graceffo. These moves are also attractive when considering that all of these players will be able to be retained for 6 years from call-up after accounting for RFA contracts, which will provide the team with a strong core to build around once many of the inaugural draft contracts expire.
