People's Jays trade:
SPECT: Mick Abel
2B/3B: Santiago Espinal - 1M (2022) 1.5M (2023) RFA (2024)
2B/SS: Nico Hoerner - 5M (2024)
Handsome D's trade:
SPECT: Austin Martin
SP: Jameson Taillon - 5M (2023)
RP: Tim Mayza - 1.7M (2022)
The People's Jays accept.
I like this move for me because I get a sp and a rp, which are both current and pressing needs for my noble squadron. Luis is off the IR so i have extra infielders and can spare these two baseball men who don't contribute ONE IOTA to any pitching cats. I like Abel a lot but shrewd Millsy refused to even touch my tip without Abel being added, but that worked out cuz Martin was a very sexy Jays draft pick once upon a time, possibly the sexiest draft pick in franchise history, although obvs that all went to shit thanks to Shatkins love for fucking worst pitcher ever Berrios.
