Detroit accepts. The Tigers are fielding a very expensive, yet very mediocre team at the moment and looking to make some moves to clear cap and pick up draft capital. Strasburg is great when healthy, but the healthy times feel few and far between, and at 33 with 4 years left on his TCD contract I am happy to move on. Including Minor, a decent depth SP, and Brujan, who could be swiping many bags in the years to come, seems fair to pick up a solid bat at a position of weakness and some good draft capital.
